4-Ingredient Salted Caramel Fudge Recipe


    • 2 cups (about 340g) high-quality white chocolate chips
    • 1 cup (240g) sweetened condensed milk
    • 1/2 cup (120ml) salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
    • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (for sprinkling on top)


    Prepare the Pan:

    Line an 8×8-inch (20x20cm) square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.

    Melt White Chocolate:

    In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval until smooth and fully melted.

    Combine Ingredients:

    Once the white chocolate is melted, pour in the sweetened condensed milk and salted caramel sauce. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.

    Pour Into Pan:

    Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

    Add Sea Salt:

    Place the pan in the refrigerator and let the fudge set for at least 4 hours or until firm.

    Cut Into Squares:
