Air Fryer Chicken and Potatoes Recipe

    Table of Contents

    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 4 medium-sized potatoes, washed and cut into chunks
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

Place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them.

In the same bowl, add the potato chunks and toss them in any remaining marinade to coat evenly.

Add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket around the chicken, making sure not to overcrowd the basket.

Cook in the preheated air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping the chicken and stirring the potatoes halfway through the cooking time. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

If you want a crispier texture, you can increase the temperature to 425°F (220°C) for the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Once the chicken is cooked through, and the potatoes are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

This Air Fryer Chicken and Potatoes recipe is quick, easy, and yields a flavorful dish with juicy chicken and perfectly crispy potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
