Baked Pumpkin Donuts With Maple Cinnamon Glaze


    For the Pumpkin Donuts:

    • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

    For the Maple Cinnamon Glaze:

    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 2 tablespoons milk (adjust for desired consistency)


    Preheat the Oven:

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with cooking spray.

    Prepare the Pumpkin Donut Batter:

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

    Combine Dry Ingredients:
