Crepes recip

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoons melted butter
    • Butter or cooking spray for the pan

    Optional toppings:

    • Fresh berries
    • Nutella
    • Whipped cream
    • Maple syrup
    • Powdered sugar

    Instructions:

    Prepare the Batter:

    In a blender, combine the flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, and melted butter.

    Blend until the batter is smooth. If the batter seems too thick, you can add a little more milk or water to achieve a thin consistency.

    Rest the Batter:

    Allow the batter to rest for at least 30 minutes. This helps the flour absorb the liquids and ensures a smoother texture for the crepes.

    Heat the Pan:

    Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or cooking spray to coat the pan.

    Cook the Crepes:

    Pour a small amount of batter into the center of the pan, swirling it around to spread the batter thinly and evenly across the bottom.

    Cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lightly brown. Use a spatula to flip the crepe and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes.

    Repeat:

    Continue this process until all the batter is used, placing cooked crepes on a plate and covering them with a kitchen towel to keep them warm.

    Serve:

    Fill the crepes with your favorite toppings. Fold them into quarters or roll them up and garnish with fresh berries, Nutella, whipped cream, maple syrup, or powdered sugar.
