Easy Blueberry Muffins Recipe

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

    Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups with cooking spray.

    Combine Dry Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    Mix Wet Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

    Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Gently fold the mixture together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; it’s okay if there are a few lumps.

    Add Blueberries:

Gently fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

    Fill Muffin Cups:

Using a spoon or an ice cream scoop, divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

    Serve and Enjoy:

Once cooled, serve these delicious blueberry muffins and enjoy them with a hot cup of coffee or tea.

Feel free to customize this recipe by adding a streusel topping, lemon zest, or a dash of cinnamon for extra flavor. These muffins are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a tasty snack!
