Elevated Angel Chicken Pasta Recipe


    • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
    • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1/2 cup chicken broth
    • 1 teaspoon dried basil
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 8 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked according to package instructions
    • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


    Prepare the Chicken:

    Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    Saute Vegetables:

    In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed.

    Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add cherry tomatoes, spinach, and artichoke hearts. Cook until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes are softened.

    Prepare the Sauce:

    Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well.

    Season the sauce with dried basil and oregano. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.

    Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.

    Combine Pasta and Chicken:

    Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet, tossing to coat the chicken in the creamy sauce.

    Let the mixture simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.


    Serve the elevated angel chicken pasta over cooked angel hair pasta.

    Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
