Nutella Fruit Dip Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup Nutella
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Assorted fruits for dipping (such as strawberries, bananas, apples, grapes, pineapple, etc.)

    Instructions:

    Prepare Ingredients:

    Take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator in advance to soften it.

    Wash and prepare the fruits for dipping. Slice larger fruits like strawberries and bananas into bite-sized pieces if necessary.

    Mix Nutella and Cream Cheese:

    In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Nutella. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend them together until smooth and well combined.

    Add Sugar and Vanilla:

    Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to mix. Taste the dip and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more powdered sugar.

    Chill (Optional):

    If time allows, you can chill the dip in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm it up slightly. This step is optional but can help the dip hold its shape better.

    Serve:

    Transfer the Nutella fruit dip to a serving bowl or plate.

    Arrange the assorted fruits around the dip for dipping.

    Notes:

    This Nutella fruit dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Just give it a stir before serving if it separates.
