    Ingredients:

    For the Cake:

    • 1 cup fine polenta
    • 1 cup almond meal
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • Zest of 2 oranges

    For the Orange Glaze:

    • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • Zest of 1 orange

    Instructions:

    Preheat the Oven:

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

    Prepare the Dry Ingredients:

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the polenta, almond meal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

    Cream the Butter and Sugar:

    In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. This can be done using an electric mixer.

    Add Eggs and Vanilla:
